Hi, I’m Alaura ♡
I’m a women’s health nutritionist, holistic health coach, and yoga teacher based in Finland, supporting women both in person and worldwide.
My work is centred around helping you feel better in your body through nourishment, movement, and connection.
I take a gentle, grounded approach to health—one that moves away from restriction, pressure, and overwhelm, and instead focuses on supporting your body in a way that feels sustainable and aligned.
Through my work, I integrate nutrition, nervous system support, movement practices such as yoga and Pilates, and emotional support tools including EFT tapping. I also bring a deeper layer of connection through practices like yoga nidra and mindful living.
I believe that true wellbeing comes from the relationship you build with your body, not from rigid rules or extremes.
Alongside my 1:1 coaching, I share educational content on platforms like YouTube and Instagram, and co-host The Whole You podcast with my friend and fellow health coach, Mariya—where we explore well-rounded health and simple, supportive ways to care for yourself in everyday life.

My Philosophy
My approach to health is gentle, grounded, and supportive.
I don’t believe in extremes, rigid rules, or pushing your body to fit a system.
Instead, I focus on helping you build a more supportive relationship with yourself.
Nourishment
Nourishment goes beyond what’s on your plate.
I support you in building a more balanced, sustainable approach to food, sleep,
relationships and day-to-day living —that support your energy, hormones, and overall wellbeing without restriction or overwhelm.
Movement
Movement is a way to support and reconnect with your body.
Through gentle practices like various Yoga approaches and Pilates, we focus on creating strength, ease, and regulation—without pressure or intensity.
Connection
True wellbeing comes from how you relate to yourself.
I integrate nervous system supports and mindfulness practices such as EFT tapping and deep relaxation tools to help you reduce stress, process emotions, and feel more grounded and connected in your body and daily life.
Qualifications
Along with official certifications in nutrition, coaching and movement, I am grateful to have many mentors throughout my journey.
